Hello! My name is Lia and I am an artist, photographer, wife, mommy to two beautiful children, and a daughter of God. I enjoy dancing, singing, playing music, fitness, friendship, food, travel, food, culture, good books, sweet wine....did I mention food?! 

I was born and raised in the South East Asia, this beautiful country called Indonesia and moved to the States after high school to pursue a higher education. However, I have technically been living in this amazing land for more than I have lived in my home country. I call both homes - the one I was born and raised in and the one that was born and grown in my heart.

My photography journey started some years ago when I lived in Southern California. I picked up my first DSLR camera in Fall 2007 for some photography classes - without the intention of pursuing a photography career. Long story short, a few months later I was second-shooting my first wedding for another photographer. That was it. I officially fell in love with photography, especially wedding photography. By early 2008, I booked my first wedding and the rest is history. It was such a blessing and God is so good.

I love capturing the genuine emotions and all the pretty things on wedding days. But mostly I found that I'm able to express myself and channel my creativity to tell stories through my camera. Also, the love and relationships with people closest to me inspire me and help me to have visions of capturing beautiful moments. A picture worths a thousand words, they say.

I am grateful and honored for the chance to take a small part of such a significant time in people's lives - be it a wedding day or simply just to capture those sweet, fleeting moments in life. I commit and promise to provide my clients with best care possible and beautiful, quality images.
